MINDFULLY WORKING programs are tailored to build your capacity to make wise choices in your personal life – as a partner, carer, parent, child – or in your professional life – as a leader, creator, collaborator, manager.

All MINDFULLY WORKING programs are carefully designed to provide practical information and training in skills that, when routinely practiced with positive intention, will optimise your professional engagement and personal well-being.

Our programs have been designed to help you explore and practice your capacity for working skilfully and living well with the ever present and continuously changing experiences of living.

All our reference material is informed by contemporary research into neuroscience, stress physiology and mindfulness meditation.

All our programs have been subject to extensive, international scrutiny and assessment since Jon Kabat-Zinn designed and delivered the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program in 1979; and Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale developed Mindfulness-Base Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for depression in 2002 Both programs draw on practices that have at least a 2500 year history of engagement, exploration and refinement through the Buddhist tradition in particular, as well as other contemplative traditions.
