2015 Timetable

A one hour information session where you can ask any questions you have about mindfulness and have an opportunity to try out what being mindful is all about, by gently resting or simply sitting. These sessions will be hosted by Jacquie Shannon of Mindfully Working.

Sessions are on: 
Sunday 12 July @ 12noon – 1pm
Sunday 16 August @ 1pm – 2pm

Take time out from your busy life to relax and design your own well-being plan. You will learn about how and why being mindful improves your health, well-being and resilience. Described as a sure path to happiness mindful practice include gentle stretching, walking, enjoying the Botanic Gardens and simply resting under your favourite tree or on your favourite rock or seat. Your instructor and guide is Jacquie Shannon of Mindfully Working.

Programs for Term 3
10.30am – 11.30am Sundays 27 July to 23 August

2.30pm – 3.30pm Sundays 30 August to 27 September
$220 – Discount available for students, unemployed and pensioners

Take time out of your busy life to relax and design your own well-being plan. The program runs for 5 weeks and each weekly 2 hour session has plenty of time for you to unwind, relax and remind yourself what it feels like to be peaceful and calm, as well as informative discussions and structured time to build your own well being program. Your instructor and facilitator is Jacquie Shannon of Mindfully Working.

10.30am – 12.30pm Sundays 30 August to 27 September
$260 – Discounts available for students, pensioners and unemployed

The cost of the programs will need to be paid in full in advance to secure your place as a participant. Costs include a personal introductory session, all instruction, a set of guided mindfulness practices on disc or USB and reference materials. Once you have completed either one of these programs you are more than welcome to attend future programs at a 10% discounted price.
